Very pleased with the service we've received from Mitchell HVAC over the past couple of years. When the old HVAC unit finally failed at my 80-year-old mother's house in August 2024, they came out the very next day to diagnose the issue. They also made another trip out to install a temporary window AC unit for her at no cost. Tina in the office was very responsive while I was requesting info and quotes for a new system, and the team came out to install the new HVAC less than 24 hours after I confirmed our choice. Pricing was fair, the new system works well, and Mitchell worked hard to solve our AC issues in a timely fashion. Thanks!
