Jeffrey Mitchell

Owner

Jeffrey Mitchell, age 42, was born and raised right here in the Low Country on Johns Island and is a graduate of Middleton High School. After graduation, Jeffrey attended Trident Technical College and completed the HVAC Certification Program.

Jeffrey started his HVAC career while still in high school. In 1990 he began his apprenticeship working in the family business, Kirby Heating and Air (which was sold when the owner retired and is now known as ARS). Jeffrey started out as a floor sweeper and worked his way up the ladder to Service Technician. In 2001, Jeffrey left Kirby Heating and Air to start his own company. Since that time, he has built Mitchell Heating and Air into a well-known, respected company. Jeffrey has worked with and maintained relationships with some of the best service technicians and installers in the area and has brought that knowledge into his company.

As the company has grown and evolved, Jeffrey has made sure to keep up to date on all new technology. Ideally, working towards making sure Mitchell Heating and Air operates as a Green Company as well as helping our customers to do the same.

In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica and his two daughters, Josie and Janie. Jeffrey is an avid outdoorsman, who especially loves fishing.

Jeffrey’s charity work includes several local charitable events including participation in the yearly Fishing for Miracles Tournament. Jeffrey and Mitchell Heating and Air support local youth baseball, as well as donating to local school fund-raisers.
